It is versatile and soooo playfull, I use it as you see on the picture spread on fennel bulb slices.....stuffed in avokado after you take out the stone......in cabbage boats......filling in noris sheets as a wraps....... I did not have granataple but that looks and taste even better it is the kind of last touch with sweetnes from it togeather with other tastes from cashew pesto.

Food for the soul today :-)

Try to realy read and enjoy, I love it :-))

"A very good career choice would be to gravitate toward those activities and to embrace those desires that harmonize with your core intentions, which are freedom and growth—and joy. Make a 'career' of living a happy life rather than trying to find work that will produce enough income that you can do things with your money that will then make you happy. When feeling happy is of paramount importance to you—and what you do 'for a living' makes you happy—you have found the best of all combinations.

lentil soup with vegetables and sprouts

Hi there :-),
I am back in the kitchen. Yesterdays supper was lentil soup with leek, carrots and lots of garlic and sprouts for the enzymes to help it to digest better the food when not completely raw.
I find it as a good solution in between when it is could outside.
Soon back with some more......thanks guys for all comments :-)
ohhhh :-) little advice - if you use the bay leaf menhvile cooking the lentil or any other kind of beans it will reduce quite a lot the gas in your tummy, but you have to remember to take it away afterwards.
