Kale and avocado salad with cashew mayonaise

I had some rests in my fridge so I just put everything together and it become a delicious salad :-)

white and red cabbage

kale

lime saft

himalaya salt,pepper

cashew mayonaise

Hello again, back after a long time. Yesterday I got a new inspiration, here is the recipie:

2pears

2avokadoes

3 Ts raw cacao powder /or more as you like/

2Ts liquid cocos fet

sweetener as much you like/dates or agave,honey,yacon,sure stevia too,but carefully/

cinnemon

a bit lemon juice and fresh ginger

I blended all up in vitamix and it is ready to enjoy :-)
