Raw spinach soup with chive :-)


Yesterdays yummines

3 avokados
3 C spinach
1 pott basilikum
2 Tbsp oliv oil
5 Tbsp hempseeds
1 zukkini
2-3 hvitlok fedd
3ts nutritional yeast
himalaya salt
1 lime /juice from it/
rose pepper
O. M. G. delicious :-)
Here I used on the topp a bit of that HAPPY DELIGHT Amman Prana lemon - lime oil. See bellow :-)

THE BEST MEDISIN AND BOOK FOR THE SOUL




Through my friend I came across this realy interesting book ANASTASIA and CEDAR oil which is an experience to taste....it has sooooo many good minerals,proteins etc. The taste is RICH, ROUND, BUTTERY, CREAMY but not less feeling of something realy REAL and health bringing.


There is a series with Anastasia books which are absolut of an interest to read to understand more and get closer to nature.

FABULOUS RAW OILs with SPICES from AMAN PRANA


Hi :-),
here er the promised oils that I use in my raw food recipies,they are realy DELICIOUS and healthy. In each of them are different spises which goes well with different food, it is realy funn to play with it. The name of the producer is AMAN PRANA.
INDIAN DELIGHT

all of the oils are organic, extra virgin ,cold pressed - sunflower oil, flaxseed oil, red palm oil, fennel and camomile.
tips: fennel bulb slices with thick pesto saus and drizzel of INDIAN DELIGHT on topp of it hmmmmmm :-)
EICOSAN BALANCE

the basic with the type of oils is the same as in the indian delight and the spices are: ginger, rosmary, camomile, koriander, cinnamon, clove.
tips: fabulos with carrot and sweet potatoes :-)

The picture on the left is mashed kohlrabi with carrot and hemp seeds and AMAN PRANA extra virgin raw olje with lime saft and spirer. The vegetables around are raw so it is halv raw and halv steamd - al dente :-).

Dessert is bluberry with avocado and some other ingridiences with lovely tasting dried flower herbs and the leafs are from a figg trea from my friend garden, is n it fantastic with figg trea in cold Norway :-)

I enjoyed myself with making this RAW birthday cake, it was fantastisk to use the imagination and play with the thought first and then playing when making it. I will tell you chocolate was everywhere :-). The flowers in cake were so nice the whole 7 hours, i gues it was the raw chocolate nutrion they were souking up :-)))

Dulse is a kind of sea vegetable and I love it,but the most important is that it will help you to get better with your thyroid, it is loaded with minerals. When you have thyroid and minerals in good levels your body is working propely and you will not have cravings to eat bad food.

Pea soup with scallions and maize /corn/

:-) back again. Today I have for you pea soup.

700 gramms peas
water / just to cover the peas /!!!
vegetable stock / I use my own homemade/
but it will go with onion ang garlic
too if you do not have stock
2 onions / cut in pieces /
1/2 of garlic head /grated/
himalayen salt and pepper as much you like
300 gramms of PEAS when the soup is done

cook everything together in caserole,but not too long about 12 minutes, mix that afterwards in mixer so that it becomes creamy. The peas has good with starch in it so it will become nice and thick consistenc by itself so there is no need to use milk,cream or.... I do not use it in my cooking anyway, it doe`s not good for the body. I only use cocos milk which has completly different impact on body. When you done with mixing the soup than you take it away from heating and blend in to it with a spoon the rest of the fres peas.

I have used my favorite raw oil from AMAN PRANA with lemon taste I just love this one, I will come with picture of that oil next time :-)

Lately I have been making soups which are halvway cooked and raw because I found that it is something I need when it is cold weather here, I am quite OK with it also because I eat much of a superfood and greens anyway :-).

It is so true......




I just wanted to share this with all of you, maybe that it will make your day or just make it better :-)


it came first snow in here, not much just a bit and over night, it was quite nice to wake up and get back to childe memories and playing in snow. I made a delicious and creamy carrot soup. it is again halv way raw too :-)


and the recipie........ 2 kiloes carrots
3 big onions
1 head of grated garlic
ca 6 pieces of laurel leafs
water,himalaya salt,red pepper
1 kilo carrots in tiny pieces
2 cups ekologisk cocosmilk


coks everything together in big caserole until al dente :-) than it is IMPORTANT!!!!! to remember and take away all of the laurel leafs before mixing the soup othervise it will turn so biter and will not be etable. When mixed take it away from cooker and have 2 cups of ekologisk cocosmilk and 1 kilo of carrots in tiny pieces, stir in and lett sitt and enjoy. You can jazz it up :-) with some more spices as i do sometimes such as cinnamon and fresh ginger. Play and have fun and listen to your feelings when you make your food.

Breakfast like a queen :-)





Hmmmm today I spoiled myself a bit with realy good breakfast :-)
which was made out of sliced bananas and chocolate avokado spread, sprinkled with kakao nibs and beepollen and a bit goji and dried ekologisk flowers. Well it gave this nice feeling of eating something good testing,looking,smelling and PACKED with lots of ENERGY.
How I made my chocolate avokado spread.....?

avokados
raw kako powder and carob
agave,yacon or honey to sweeaten it
fresh dates to make it thicker in consistens
vanilla powder,cinnemon,pinch of himalaya salt
cocos fet


blend everything togeather in Vita mix or what you have and use and enjoy :-). It is perfekt as a cake fylling on bananas as on my picture, just as it is in raw muffins on raw panckaces and many other options :-)

warm coliflower soup


Yesterday I made half way raw but realy good coliflower soup :-)


2 coliflower heads

3 onions

water

salt

cummin
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper
1 head of garlic
1 cup of organic kokosmilk
1 head of tiny coliflower bits to use as raw in the soup after it is cooked
everything at the same time in caserole, cooked about 20 to 25 minutes, mixed in mixer afterwards so it became creamy. Stir in one cup of organic kokosmilk, do not cook more and add 1 head of coliflower in realy small pieces in to it, stir and lett sitt for about 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy :-). It makes a hudge caserole,but i can think that it will not last that long....
You can give me a feedback on how it went for you and if you liked it or you might have your own recipie with coliflower you would like to sare....:-)

Breakfast for queen :-)


Hi again :-),
well I hope that all of you had a great weekend...... I did, began with christmas shopping,but had a bit time left so I made these chia bread pieces with goji marmelade, it tasted yumi and gave a spessiel feeling of eating something realy good and healthy.
In the chia bread I have used cardemom and cinnemon spices.
What kind of experience do you have with chia....do you like it...what is your favorit recipe?
