more of food for the body and the soul



Beans crazines with carrot, leek, oninon, garlic, salt, pepper and lots of spirer and fresh parsley




a bit of a lemon squeze on the top :-)


Dessert is bluberry with avocado and some other ingridiences with lovely tasting dried flower herbs and the leafs are from a figg trea from my friend garden, is n it fantastic with figg trea in cold Norway :-)
