Yesterday I made half way raw but realy good coliflower soup :-)
2 coliflower heads
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper
1 head of garlic
1 cup of organic kokosmilk
1 head of tiny coliflower bits to use as raw in the soup after it is cooked
everything at the same time in caserole, cooked about 20 to 25 minutes, mixed in mixer afterwards so it became creamy. Stir in one cup of organic kokosmilk, do not cook more and add 1 head of coliflower in realy small pieces in to it, stir and lett sitt for about 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy :-). It makes a hudge caserole,but i can think that it will not last that long....
